Bradford Rand is the President/CEO of Job Expo International and RAND Luxury, Inc. Bradford and his talented team have produced over 900 tradeshows & special events over the last 19 years spanning a multitude of industries.
In 2006, he began producing “Evening of Luxury” launch events across the United States previewing some of the world’s finest motorcars from such manufacturers as Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Rolls-Royce. These affairs have showcased luxury products & services of world’s most elite brands in Jewelry, Watches, Private Aviation, Resorts & Spas, Cigars, Wines and much more.
Bradford also co-founded New York’s largest fine motor auction & luxury lifestyle expo in 2005; Rand/Workman. The show was one of the region’s most publicized events of its kind; with over $35 million dollars in automotive bids, over $2 million in sales from the wine auction, over 100 luxury sponsors & exhibitors and a showcasing of some of the rarest automobiles in the world.
His company also consistently produces the largest hiring events for the Technology & Intelligence community; called TECHEXPO along with some of the finest recruitment events for the Fashion industry; called Fashion Career Expo. In 2007, after seeing the movie “The Inconvenient Truth” he and his company created the nation’s largest tradeshows for the eco-friendly industry; Go Green Expo. The events featured hundred of eco-exhibits and keynote speakers such as Mariel Hemingway, Ed Begley Jr., Captain Paul Watson of TV’s Whale Wars and dozens of others.
The Luxury Review was an event series that he started in late 2009 in Manhattan; a press showcase that featured dozens of Eco-Luxury products & services. From 2010 onward The Luxury Review now highlights all aspects of the affluent lifestyle which have included such brands as Rolls-Royce, Flexjet, Dior Timepieces, Maserati, Panerai Watches, Christopher Designs Jewelry, Blackberry, Studiobecker, Shafer Vineyards, Tour GCX, Tequila Avion, Christine Carson, Kensington Tours, Club Macanudo, Mercedes-Benz, The Monticello Motorclub and many other elite brands. These events are proudly sponsored by The Luxury Society; the worlds largest association of luxury executives.
Additional notable shows he has launched include Investment Expo, which became the largest event of its kind in the Northeast providing a forum to educate high net worth investors and Health Expo, a leading event for the Healthcare & Biotech industries. Over the last decade, Bradford has also been selected to produce exclusive events for Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, The Boeing Corp., PriceWaterhouseCoopers, AT&T, Verizon & Northrop Grumman among others. Prior to entering the tradeshow business, Bradford gained invaluable advertising/marketing experience working on the American Express account with a boutique ad agency and intensive sales experience working on Wall Street with Bear Stearns & Co. Bradford graduated from the State University at Albany in 1989 with a BA in Communications with a minor in Business. He also studied International Business & Entrepreneurship overseas at the University of North London. As a true automotive enthusiast, Bradford has owned & restored both Ferraris and Porsches.

Alex Reiff joined the RAND Luxury & The Luxury Review team in January of 2012. His experience as one of the leading sales executives with Strathmore’s Publications has led him to be one of the leading producers for our company. As one of our newest assets to the company, Alex has created strong new alliances with some of the world’s finest luxury brands in the automotive, jewelry and timepiece industries. He studied Business at Indiana University and is an avid tennis player.
Nancy Mathew is the Vice President for Rand Luxury. Over the past 10 years Nancy has coordinated over 400 events in the luxury, technology, fashion, finance and eco-friendly industries. In 2005 she was part of a team that executed New York City’s largest fine motor auction & luxury lifestyle expo; a three-day event with over 200 luxury brands showcased. Nancy is responsible for handling event logistics and creates marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
Nancy earned an MBA in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
Alex joined the RAND Luxury team in March of 2015. He previously headed up the travel and tourism vertical for a luxury events company also based in NY, where he successfully launched their destination weddings & honeymoons division. Alex attended Bentley University and majored in Entrepreneurship. When he is not working you can find Alex in the gym, watching the Yankees and playing guitar.
Lindsay Wess joined the RAND Luxury team in February of 2016 as the Marketing & Events Associate. She currently focuses on Event Logistics, Marketing and Sponsorships. Prior to her current role, she was the Executive Assistant for the CEO at the management company Alta Creative Management, which represents the top voiceover talent in the country. Additionally, Lindsay founded the food blog Seven Bites, where she develops recipes using seven ingredients or fewer. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Business from Yeshiva University.
Rick Lencsak is the Creative Director for RAND Luxury and has been part of the team since 2014. He is an experienced designer with a background in production, digital & print design, and marketing strategy and a keen interest in design, technology, and media. Rick and his designs have been instrumental in the production and promotion of specialized events attended by some of the nation’s largest companies and reputable brands. He studied Interactive Digital Design at Quinnipiac University.
